CES Updated Website

It looks like the Church Education System has redesigned their website. It looks a lot more like the proposed design for lds.org from this presentation. Institute, Seminary Student Guides, Institute Manuals, Firesides and Higher Education have all been split into seperate sub-sites. It looks a lot classier than the previous version.
